"Heavily Armed Man Chooses Suicide Over Colorado Amusement Park Attack"

A heavily armed man, Diego Barajas Medina, was found dead in a women's bathroom at Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park in Colorado. He had entered the park while it was closed, armed with an AR-style rifle, a semi-automatic handgun, and explosives, wearing body armor and tactical clothing. A message found at the scene indicated that he wanted to access the caves. Medina died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head. Authorities believe he intended to carry out a shooting at the park but chose to take his own life instead. The FBI will assist in the investigation, including reviewing Medina's phone records and social media postings.
