Joran van der Sloot Confesses to Natalee Holloway's Murder

Joran van der Sloot, a Dutchman previously linked to the 2005 disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway in Aruba, has admitted to killing her in court documents released on Wednesday. Van der Sloot confessed to brutally attacking Holloway on a beach after she rejected his advances. He pleaded guilty to extortion and wire fraud charges and was sentenced to 20 years in prison. The judge stated that van der Sloot had confessed to killing Holloway and disposing of her remains. Van der Sloot is currently serving a 28-year prison sentence in Peru for the 2010 murder of another woman and will have to return there to complete his sentence.
