"Las Vegas Teens Charged in Intentional Hit-and-Run Killing of Retired Police Chief"

Two teenagers in Las Vegas have been charged with murder after intentionally targeting a bicyclist and capturing the incident on video. The teens were linked to multiple hit-and-run incidents on the same day, with the death of former Bell police chief Andreas Rene Probst being the final one. The video shows the vehicle approaching Probst from behind, intentionally ramming into him, and leaving him for dead. The 17-year-old driver was arrested on the day of the crashes, while the second teen was arrested later. The district attorney has vowed to charge both teens as adults.
