Oath Keepers Founder Requests Leniency for Public Service in Sedition Sentence

Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes, convicted of seditious conspiracy for his role in the Capitol riot, is asking for a sentence of time served, while the Justice Department is seeking a 25-year prison sentence. Rhodes' attorneys argue that his founding of the group and military service should serve as a credit to his character.
