Teenage Boy Charged as Adult for Fatally Shooting Homeless Man

A 15-year-old boy in Pennsylvania has been charged as an adult with first-degree murder after fatally shooting a homeless man in the face. The incident occurred during an argument at Security Plaza, where the suspect allegedly sought out the victim. Witnesses reported that the victim swung a tire at the suspect, who then fired a single shot at the victim's face. The suspect fired a second shot before being detained by bystanders. The firearm used belonged to the suspect's father. The suspect has been charged with multiple offenses and is currently held at the Montgomery County Youth Center.
