Teenager Arrested for Starting 28-Acre Fire with Fireworks

A teenager has been arrested after starting a massive 28-acre fire in Eagle, Idaho, when he set off fireworks with his friends. Despite being warned by his friends about the potential fire hazard, the 16-year-old boy proceeded to ignite the firework, which ignited the nearby brush.
