Tragic Hate Crime: 6-Year-Old Muslim Boy Fatally Stabbed, Mother Attacked

Joseph Czuba, a 71-year-old man, appeared in court for brutally attacking and stabbing a 6-year-old Muslim boy and his mother in what authorities described as a hate crime. The incident occurred during an argument over the Israel-Hamas war, with the victims being targeted due to their religion. The boy tragically died from his injuries, while his mother sustained multiple stab wounds but is expected to survive. Czuba has been charged with first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and two counts of a hate crime.
