Unraveling the Nashville School Shooting: What We Know So Far.

Audrey Hale, a 28-year-old former student, shot dead three nine-year-old children and three staff members at a Christian elementary school in Nashville on Monday morning. Hale had legally purchased seven firearms from five different local stores, despite being under care for an emotional disorder. Hale had no criminal record prior to the shooting and was not known to law enforcement. Police have not determined the motive for the attack, but have discovered manifesto-like writings and apparent research into the facilities and entry points at Covenant.
