Danny Elfman Faces Lawsuit and Settlement Over Sexual Harassment Allegations

Composer Danny Elfman has been sued for allegedly failing to pay an $830,000 legal settlement related to sexual harassment accusations made against him by fellow composer Nomi Abadi. The settlement, which included non-disclosure agreements, was reached in 2018 after Abadi accused Elfman of exposing himself and masturbating in front of her multiple times. Elfman denies most of the claims, stating that he signed the settlement to protect his family during the #MeToo movement. He accuses Abadi of retaliating against him after he rejected her romantic advances and claims that the allegations are false.
