Eminem's Music Ban on Vivek Ramaswamy's Presidential Campaign Sparks Controversy

Eminem has sent a cease-and-desist letter to Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy's campaign team, objecting to Ramaswamy rapping his hit song "Lose Yourself" at the Iowa State Fair. Eminem's music licenser, BMI, informed the campaign's lawyer that all of Eminem's musical compositions are to be removed from their agreement, and any further performance of Eminem's works by the campaign will be considered a breach. Ramaswamy, a fan of Eminem, has previously performed his own libertarian-themed raps under the stage name Da Vek.
