Late-Night Hosts Turn to Podcasting to Support Staff During Strikes

Late-night hosts Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Seth Meyers, and John Oliver are launching a limited podcast series called "Strike Force Five" on Spotify. The proceeds from the show will go to support the out-of-work staff from their respective shows, who have been affected by the ongoing writers and actors strike. The series will run for at least 12 weeks, with all hosts participating in each episode and rotating who leads the conversation. This is the latest effort by the hosts to support those affected by the strikes, following their previous initiatives such as providing treats and paying out of pocket for their staffs.
