Dang claims that the assault was likely filmed by the production crew. The lawsuit also accuses the producers of attempting to mask the assault as a lack of attraction. Kinetic Content and Delirium TV have denied the allegations, stating that they have no knowledge or control over what occurs in private living spaces when not filming. Dang's lawyer is confident that her position will be vindicated in court.
