Brazil's Lula and China's Xi unite against US and call for climate change funding.

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, on a state visit to China, called on the US to stop "encouraging war" in Ukraine and start talking about peace. China is Brazil's top trading partner and neither country has imposed sanctions on Russia for its invasion of Ukraine. Lula seeks closer ties with Washington but also positions Brazil as a mediator for peace. The death toll in Friday's Russian strike on an apartment block in the eastern Ukrainian city of Sloviansk has risen to nine.
