Former President Donald Trump's attempt to postpone a New York court ruling requiring him to pay $355 million and prohibiting him from conducting business in the state for three years was denied by Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron. Trump's attorneys failed to provide a valid reason for the delay. The court has given Trump and his co-defendants 30 days to file an appeal, but they must first turn over the $355 million plus 9% interest as collateral.
