Deadly tornadoes wreak havoc across multiple US states.

At least 26 people have died and thousands left without power after a series of tornadoes hit several states in the South and Midwest of the United States. More than 80 tornadoes have been reported since 31 March, causing devastation in Arkansas, Tennessee, Illinois, Indiana, Alabama, and Mississippi. Recovery efforts are underway, with the national guard activated to help. The storms have also led to the collapse of a theatre roof at a heavy metal gig in Illinois, causing one death and 28 injuries.
