"Tragic Flash Flood in Pennsylvania Leaves 2 Children Missing"

Search efforts have resumed for a 9-month-old boy and his 2-year-old sister who were swept away in a flash flood in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, along with their mother. The family was driving near Hough's Creek when torrential rains caused the creek to overflow, trapping them in their car. While the father, grandmother, and 4-year-old brother were found alive, the mother's body was recovered. At least two other people were found dead in the area. Search-and-rescue crews are combing the area with over 75 personnel, including K-9 units, divers, aircraft, and drones. New Jersey has declared a state of emergency for parts of Warren County also affected by flooding.
