Charges Filed Against Nevada's Pro-Trump False Electors

Six individuals, including the Nevada Republican Party Chair, have been indicted for falsely claiming to be the state's official presidential electors and asserting that Donald Trump won Nevada in the 2020 election. This marks the third swing state where "fake electors" have faced criminal charges, following Michigan and Georgia. A settlement was also reached in Wisconsin regarding false electors. The defendants in Nevada face two felony charges each. The indictment lists a former Trump attorney as a witness.
