A new poll conducted by JL Partners Polls for DailyMail.com shows that Ron DeSantis, the Governor of Florida, has dropped to second place among Iowa Republicans with just 17% support, a drop of nearly 10 points since April. Meanwhile, Donald Trump is leading with 43% support, up 2 points from April. U.S. Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina is in third place with 11% support, while entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy has risen to 5%. Other polls also show Trump with a significant lead over DeSantis in Iowa, with support ranging from 42% to 46%.
