"Special Counsel Hur Concludes Biden Classified Document Probe Without Charges"

U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that the report from the DOJ special counsel investigating President Joe Biden's handling of classified documents will be made public soon. Robert Kyoung Hur, a former Maryland prosecutor, has led the probe since early last year and interviewed President Biden in October. Hur's investigation runs parallel to a separate inquiry into former President Donald Trump. Before his retirement, Hur oversaw successful prosecutions and received the Attorney General's Distinguished Service Award. He was also appointed by Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan to lead a state work group on anti-Asian American violence.
