During a speech in New Hampshire, former President Donald Trump mistakenly accused Nikki Haley of failing to provide security during the Jan. 6 Capitol attack, confusing her with Nancy Pelosi. He claimed that the bipartisan House committee investigating the attack had destroyed evidence and that Haley had turned down his offer to send troops to the Capitol, despite her not being in charge of security at the time. Trump's frequent attacks on President Biden's mental fitness were also noted. There is no evidence to support Trump's claims.
