WHCD shooter Cole Allen pleads not guilty as defense moves to bar DC prosecutors

Cole Allen appeared in court in an orange jumpsuit and pleaded not guilty to all charges tied to the White House Correspondents' Dinner shooting, including attempting to assassinate President Trump and weapons offenses. His lawyers have filed motions to disqualify U.S. attorneys in the Washington, D.C. office (notably Jeanine Pirro) over alleged victim/witness status and to remove Attorney General Todd Blanche, with the DOJ ordered to respond by June 22 and five days for a reply.
