Remembering Uvalde: Honoring Victims and Seeking Real Solutions.

The families of the 21 victims of the Uvalde shooting have found solace in the cemetery where most of the victims are buried, as well as in the bond forged among them. They have also become advocates for accountability for law enforcement failures and changes in gun laws. The families gather at the cemetery to celebrate birthdays and holidays, and have formed a private message group called "21 Angels" to support one another. They have also attended school board and city meetings, held rallies, and traveled to Austin and Washington D.C. to advocate for change.
