Celtics guard Derrick White was benched in Game 6 in favor of Robert Williams to limit the 76ers' inside scoring, and the lineup switch worked as Williams helped set the tone defensively and posted a game-high plus/minus of +18 in 28 minutes to help the Celtics win, 95-86. White said he understood why the change was made and that it helped the team prepare for Game 7. He played off the bench and scored nine points on an efficient 3-of-6 shooting, and he is ready for Game 7 at TD Garden.
