Russell Takes Vegas Pole Amid Hamilton's Frustration and Mercedes' Woes
TL;DR

A lock-up and a slide in Q3 thwarted his pole position bid, while teammate George Russell secured pole. Hamilton acknowledged the positive pace but doubted his chances for a race win, though Mercedes boss Toto Wolff remains optimistic about a potential podium finish.
