Tatum Pays Tribute to Brown After Celtics Trade to Sixers
TL;DR
Jayson Tatum posted a heartfelt Instagram Story thanking nine-year teammate Jaylen Brown as the Celtics traded Brown to the Philadelphia 76ers for a package that included Paul George and two first-round picks; ESPN's Shams Charania reported the Celtics had explored other offers but ultimately moved Brown. Brown's final Celtics season featured a Finals MVP while he recovered from an Achilles injury, and he now teams with Embiid in Philadelphia as Tatum heads to play with George and Mitchell Robinson this fall.
