DuckDuckGo releases privacy-focused browser for Windows as public beta.

DuckDuckGo has launched its privacy-focused browser for Windows users, nine months after launching it for Mac. The browser and search engine do not collect user data or track them across the web. The browser looks and works like Chrome or Edge, with a row of tabs across the top and a large text box for searching and typing URLs. The Windows app is still in beta and missing some features, but it will be upgraded soon. DuckDuckGo sees the gap disappearing between browser and search engine and hopes to provide all kinds of services to users.
