Microsoft enhances privacy and search capabilities with Bing Chat Enterprise

Microsoft has introduced Bing Chat Enterprise, an AI-powered chat tool designed to address privacy and security concerns for businesses using generative AI tools. The service ensures that chat data is not saved and not used to train AI models, providing commercial data protection. Bing Chat Enterprise offers a similar user experience to Bing Chat, providing answers with citations, visual answers, and charts. It will be available for free with select Microsoft 365 plans and will also have a standalone subscription option in the future. However, concerns about the accuracy and reliability of generative AI tools in the workplace still persist.
