Microsoft's October 2023 Patch Tuesday: Fixing Zero-Days, Flaws, and Critical Bugs

Microsoft has released security updates for over 100 vulnerabilities in its Windows operating system, including four actively exploited flaws. Apple has also issued emergency updates to address two zero-day bugs in iOS. One of the vulnerabilities affecting Microsoft customers is a weakness in the HTTP/2 protocol, which has been exploited to launch massive distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
