Serbian School Shooting Leaves 9 Dead and Student in Custody with Target List

A 13-year-old student opened fire at a school in Belgrade, Serbia, killing eight students and a school security guard, and injuring six children and a teacher. The suspect called the police after the shooting and was arrested. The suspect's father was also detained on suspicion of crimes against general security. Serbia has declared three days of national mourning over the tragedy. The suspect had apparently planned his actions well in advance and had written a list of children he wanted to kill.
