Pope Francis Elevates 21 Cardinals Amidst Global Focus

Pope Francis has appointed 21 new cardinals from five continents, marking his 10th consistory and the largest group of voting-age cardinals created during his pontificate. This move aims to enhance the geographic diversity of the College of Cardinals, with new members from Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
