Death of Young Ugandan King Oyo Nyimba Ends Tooro's Era

Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch in 1995 at age 3, has died at 34 in Tooro, Uganda.
