Albuquerque SWAT Standoffs End in Arrests.

A person has been taken into custody after a SWAT standoff in Albuquerque following reports of a robbery/carjacking. The person refused to come out of the vehicle, prompting the APD Tactical Division, APD SWAT, and Crisis Negotiating Teams to be called in. The person was arrested just before 5 a.m. and police remain in the area as the investigation continues. No information has been released about the person's identity or charges.
