China Jails Six for Torture and Trafficking of Chained Woman

Six people have been sentenced to jail by a Chinese court for their involvement in the human trafficking and abuse of a woman who was chained and tortured. The woman, known as "Little Huamei," was abducted and sold multiple times, giving birth to eight children by her final captor. She was kept chained in a room without sunlight, electricity, or running water for over 20 years. The case caused outrage on Chinese social media after videos of her chained emerged online.
