Ex-Wife of French Serial Killer Faces Trial in Joanna Parrish Cold Case

Monique Olivier, the ex-wife of French serial killer Michel Fourniret, is on trial for her involvement in the 1990 murder of British student Joanna Parrish, as well as two other murders. Olivier, who is already serving a life sentence, is accused of aiding Fourniret in his crimes by gaining the trust of victims. Fourniret, known as the Beast of the Ardennes, confessed to killing Parrish and the two others before his death in 2021.
