Man sentenced to 9 years for plotting to kill Queen Elizabeth II with a crossbow

Chail, who was influenced by an AI-generated chatbot named Sarai, had planned the attack for months and was caught with a loaded crossbow. The judge determined that Chail had become psychotic and lost touch with reality, but the seriousness of the crimes warranted a prison sentence.
