"Massive Dark Web Drug Crackdown Results in Hundreds of Arrests"

Operation SpecTor, an 18-month-long operation spanning nine countries on three continents, led to the arrest of 288 people involved in drug trafficking on the dark web, including 153 in the US. The operation resulted in the seizure of more than $53 million in cash and virtual currencies, 117 guns, and almost 2,000 pounds of drugs. Monopoly Market, a "drug hub" on the dark web, was taken down. The FBI has been warning drug buyers on the dark web about dealers cutting product with fatal doses of fentanyl.
