Second Kenyan Pastor Arrested in Connection to Starvation Cult Deaths

Kenyan pastor Ezekiel Odero has been arrested in connection with a cult led by Paul Makenzi, which has resulted in the deaths of at least 103 people who were directed to fast until death. Odero's megachurch has been closed and he is expected to appear in court on Friday to face criminal charges related to the mass killing of his followers. Odero had bought Makenzi's television channel after he moved to the ranch where the deaths occurred. Odero's YouTube channel has over 400,000 subscribers and his megacrusades have been attended by senior politicians.
