Serbia School Shooting Leaves Multiple Victims Dead and Injured

A 13-year-old boy opened fire at his school in Serbia's capital, killing eight fellow students and a guard before calling the police and being arrested. The shooter had planned the attack for a month, drawing sketches of classrooms and making a list of people he intended to target. He carried two guns belonging to his father and four Molotov cocktails. The weapons were licensed and kept in a safe, but the teen apparently knew the code. The shooter can't face criminal charges because he is under 14 years of age. Authorities declared three days of nationwide mourning starting Friday.
