"US Man Receives Life Sentence for Neuschwanstein Castle Attack"

An American man has been sentenced to life in prison for committing rape, murder, and attempted murder in an attack on two US tourists near Neuschwanstein castle in Germany. The man admitted to the crimes during the trial. The victims, both women, were hiking when the man assaulted and killed one of them, and raped the other before throwing her down a slope.
