Woman convicted of assault and sex crimes after posing as a man to prey on teen girl.

Georgia Bilham, a woman from Cheshire, has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old woman by kissing her while posing as a man named George Parry. Bilham denied deceiving the woman, claiming she thought the teenager believed she was a woman after they met. She was cleared of 16 other sexual offences but will be sentenced on 19 July. Bilham admitted to getting caught up in a "web of lies" but denied wanting to change her gender. The case has been adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared, and all options are open for sentencing.
