Over 1,500 immigrants were left on the streets of San Diego after a city-funded immigration center shut down due to lack of funding. A photo shared by City Supervisor Jim Desmond showed a man wearing a hoodie with the words "F--- YOU ALL." The center, which processed around 81,000 migrants since October, provided temporary refuge and phone charging.
