Houthi's Al-Masira television reported that the US and UK conducted airstrikes targeting Yemen's Ras Issa port, the main oil export terminal. This comes as Houthi rebels have increased attacks on Red Sea vessels, including a recent strike on a fuel tanker. The US military assisted the damaged tanker and destroyed a Houthi anti-ship missile aimed at the Red Sea. The attacks are seen as a response to Israel's military actions in Gaza and have mainly targeted container vessels in the Red Sea.
