Toronto Official Faces Backlash Over Controversial Tobogganing Ban

Toronto has faced criticism for banning tobogganing on 45 hills, including a popular spot in East Lynn Park, with locals and city councilor Brad Bradford calling it "nonsense" and expressing frustration over the lack of traditional safety measures. Despite the city's ruling, Bradford believes people will continue to sled in the park and hopes the city won't enforce the by-law. A city spokesman explained that the hills were deemed unsafe due to various hazards, but there are still 29 designated toboggan hills open in the city.
