Cyclone in Brazil leaves 11 dead and 20 missing.

At least 11 people were killed and 20 others were missing after an extra-tropical cyclone hit Brazil's southern state of Rio Grande do Sul, causing torrential rains and flooding. The worst-hit town was Caraa, with a population of over 8,000 people. Authorities carried out 2,400 rescues in the last two days and issued a warning for a risk of landslides in several areas.
