Massive Ice Storm Leaves Canadians Powerless

Over 100,000 Canadians are without power after a severe ice storm hit parts of Quebec and Ontario, causing tree limbs to break and fall on power lines. Two deaths have been reported in Quebec and one in Ontario. Dozens of people have also suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning after using outdoor appliances inside during the blackout. Emergency rooms are at 200% capacity due to the high number of CO poisoning cases.
