Army condemns violent protests following Imran Khan's arrest as a 'black chapter'

The military's media wing has warned that it will not allow anyone to take the law into their hands and that strict action will be taken against the facilitators, planners and political activists involved in the protests. The PTI has responded by calling Imran's arrest "illegal, unjustified and outrageous" and accusing the ISPR of having a "poor understanding" of the situation on the ground.
