Brazil's Lula loses top national security adviser

Brazilian President Lula's top national security adviser, General Marcos Goncalves Dias, has resigned amid a scandal related to his presence during the storming of government buildings in the capital. Although the opposition claims that the footage indicates that the government facilitated the invaders' entry, sources close to the president said there was no doubt that Dias did not support or facilitate the invasion by supporters of former president Jair Bolsonaro in any way.
