China's Antisemitic TikTok Content: A Dangerous 'Digital Fentanyl' Warns GOP Lawmaker

Gallagher warned that TikTok, controlled by a Chinese company at the behest of the Chinese Communist Party, could be used to spread anti-American propaganda and increase division in the United States. Jewish influencers and Hollywood figures have demanded action from social media companies, citing concerns about digital and physical safety. TikTok stated that they have taken steps to prevent the spread of hate. Other lawmakers, including Sen. Marsha Blackburn, have also expressed concerns about TikTok pushing pro-Hamas content. Gallagher also commented on the divide within the Democratic Party over the Hamas-Israel conflict, urging caution regarding the more radical wing's support for Hamas.
