ICC arrest warrant for Putin sparks controversy and speculation.

Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Crimea for the first time since an arrest warrant was issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) over alleged war crimes. Putin was seen walking with a visible limp as he inaugurated a school and children's art centre. The visit was termed "reunification" events by Kremlin and marks nine years since Russia annexed Crimea from Ukraine. The ICC issued an arrest warrant for Putin for war crimes related to the alleged abduction of children from Ukraine, charges which were denied by the Kremlin.
