Tamil Nadu's Political Turmoil: Stalin's Response, Re-Adoption of Bills, and Governor's Overreach

The Tamil Nadu House re-adopted all 10 bills returned by the governor, RN Ravi, in a special sitting, despite the opposition AIADMK's walkout and the BJP's walkout. The bills cover various departments and were sent back by the governor on November 13. CM M K Stalin criticized the governor for withholding the bills and accused him of trying to block the government's initiatives. Stalin also alleged that non-BJP ruled states were being targeted through governors. The government has taken up the issue with the President and PM and has approached the Supreme Court after their efforts bore no fruit.
